Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2026. Last updated: September 9, 2026.

1. Who we are and scope

Trade Regency LLC operates Presteem and presteem.com. Contact us about personal information at contact@presteem.com. This notice covers our storefront, orders, customer service and related communications, to the extent those services are active.

This notice describes our practices; it does not turn browsing into consent for every use of personal information. Separate consent or an opportunity to opt out will be provided where required. Independent services may have their own privacy notices, including payment wallets or websites you access through external links.

2. Information you provide

When placing an order, you provide identifiers and contact details such as name, email, shipping and billing addresses, and any phone number necessary for the selected service. We receive order details, amounts, fulfillment status and related transaction records.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We use the transaction status, amount, order reference and payment information made available to us to complete orders, prevent fraud and manage refunds or disputes. The available payment methods are shown at checkout and include eligible card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Each payment or wallet service processes information needed to provide its service under its own privacy notice. Do not send a full card number or security code to customer service.

If you contact us, we process the message, contact details and information needed to address the request. If you submit a review for publication, we process the review and chosen public attribution. If you purchase a gift, we use the recipient information to deliver it, not automatically to enroll the recipient in marketing.

3. Information collected through the website

Our platform and configured services can process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device attributes, page requests, timestamps, referring pages and identifiers used for site operation and security. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Notice.

We use the Meta pixel and the TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement and personalized advertising. When permitted by your privacy choices, they may share page views, product interactions, purchase events, browser or device information and online identifiers with Meta and TikTok. See our Cookie Notice for marketing controls. Other analytics, chat, session-replay and email tools remain subject to verification before they are described as active.

4. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, from operation of our website, and from providers handling a transaction or service, such as payment status and carrier tracking updates. If you communicate with us through a social platform, that platform also processes information under its own rules. We do not require you to provide the social-platform password to obtain support.

5. Purposes of processing

We use necessary information to operate and secure the store; process payments and orders; deliver goods; manage returns, refunds and support; prevent fraud; maintain business records; comply with obligations; and establish or defend legitimate claims.

Where enabled and permitted by applicable law and your privacy choices, we use optional technologies to measure website and advertising performance and show relevant advertisements. Marketing emails, if offered, are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. A support inquiry or purchase does not by itself authorize promotional texts, calls or unrelated disclosure of sensitive information.

6. Health-related information

You do not need to provide a diagnosis, medical record or treatment history to buy utensils or request an ordinary return. Please avoid unnecessary details about your health or another person's health in messages and reviews. A public review may disclose information to other visitors.

Information voluntarily included in a message, and in some circumstances product interests or browsing activity linked to an identifiable person, may reveal or support an inference about health. Such information may receive special protection under applicable law even when it is not a medical record.

Where we receive sensitive information, we limit its handling to what is necessary and lawful for the relevant request or obligation. Sending a support message or making a purchase does not constitute consent to use health information for advertising or to disclose it for unrelated purposes. Any consent required for collecting or sharing protected health information must be obtained separately from general acceptance of this policy.

Where applicable consumer health-data laws cover our processing, you may request confirmation of processing, access to the information and details of recipients, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by contacting contact@presteem.com. Applicable deletion requests extend to relevant service providers and other recipients as required by law. Section 13 explains how to submit a request or appeal a decision.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We use Shopify to operate the commerce platform. Information needed for orders may be processed by payment providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, email providers and support tools. We share only information appropriate to the stated service and contractual arrangement.

Recipients are limited to the providers involved in the relevant service: Shopify for the storefront and checkout; the payment provider used for your transaction; fulfillment and delivery providers for shipment; and communication providers for order messages and support. Optional advertising disclosures to Meta and TikTok are described below and apply only when permitted by your privacy choices. Payment providers and platforms may also process information for their own fraud-prevention, security or legal obligations under their own privacy notices.

We may disclose information to professional advisers and competent authorities where necessary for lawful business administration, legal compliance or protection of rights. In a merger or transfer of the business, information may be part of the transaction subject to applicable safeguards and required notices.

8. Shopify and optional platform services

Shopify processes data to provide its services and may offer additional services with different data practices. Information about Shopify is available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.

9. Advertising, sale and sharing

Privacy laws can classify some disclosures for targeted advertising as a sale or sharing even if no money is exchanged. If enabled, disclosures of browsing, interaction and transaction events and online identifiers to Meta and TikTok for personalized advertising may fall within these definitions. Use Do not sell or share my personal information at the bottom of the page to submit your opt-out to Shopify. The control also turns off marketing permission for that browser.

We will not state that we never sell or share information based only on the absence of a direct data sale. Where the applicable law recognizes an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, the implementation must respond appropriately. A statement in a policy alone is not a working opt-out mechanism.

10. Cookies and browser signals

Our Cookie Notice describes actual cookie categories and available controls. You can use browser settings to manage cookies, but blocking some technologies can affect cart, checkout or authentication features. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page to reopen Shopify's preference panel. If the control is unavailable, contact contact@presteem.com for help.

11. Retention

We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, subject to legal requirements and legitimate dispute or fraud-prevention needs. Retention should be assessed by category, not treated as an unlimited period for all information.

Order, payment, invoice and tax records are retained for the time needed to fulfill the transaction, administer returns and guarantees, and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal recordkeeping requirements. Delivery information is retained for fulfillment, delivery inquiries and related claims; information also required in transaction records follows the corresponding recordkeeping period.

Customer-service correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the request and handle related follow-up, disputes or legal obligations. Where marketing subscriptions are offered, contact information is used until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed for that purpose. Limited suppression information may be retained to ensure that your opt-out continues to be respected.

Cookie and advertising identifiers follow the lifetimes and controls of the technologies actually enabled, as described in our Cookie Notice. Consent and privacy-request records are retained as needed to document and honor your choices and demonstrate compliance.

When determining a retention period, we consider the purpose of collection, the nature and sensitivity of the information, applicable legal requirements, and whether an unresolved dispute or legal hold requires continued retention. We do not retain every category of personal information for one fixed or unlimited period.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it using appropriate processes, subject to documented backup cycles and legal holds. A lawful deletion exception should be explained when relevant to a request.

12. Security and cross-border processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information unnecessarily. We respond to security incidents and provide notices where required by applicable law.

Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, including fulfillment-related processing where goods are dispatched.

13. Privacy requests, local rights and appeals

Your rights depend on the law applicable to you, the information concerned and whether our business or processing falls within that law. They may include confirmation of processing; access to or a portable copy of your information; correction; deletion; restriction of processing; objection to certain uses; withdrawal of consent; and opting out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing. Where applicable, you may also limit certain uses of sensitive information. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To submit a request, email contact@presteem.com. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide the email address used with our store and, if relevant, your order reference. You may use the subject line "Privacy request" for convenience, but no particular wording is required. Do not include medical records, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. You do not need to make a purchase or create a new account to submit a request.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority, proportionate to the request and the risk of unauthorized disclosure. Verification information is used for that purpose and related security or legal recordkeeping. Verification is not required for requests where applicable law prohibits it, such as certain advertising opt-outs.

We respond without undue delay and within the deadline applicable to the request. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the usual response period is one calendar month. Where the California CCPA applies, access, correction and deletion requests generally have a 45-calendar-day response period. Covered Washington consumer health-data requests have a 45-day response period. Shorter deadlines for particular rights, including certain opt-outs, take precedence. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will notify you within the original response period and explain why.

Requests are normally handled without charge. We may refuse a request, retain limited information or charge a reasonable fee only where applicable law permits, for example because a request cannot be authenticated when authentication is required, because of legal recordkeeping obligations, or because a request meets the applicable legal standard for being manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will explain the relevant basis and any fee before proceeding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your applicable privacy rights.

If we decline all or part of a request, you may seek a review by replying to our decision or emailing contact@presteem.com, identifying the original request and why you disagree. You may use the subject line "Privacy appeal"; no special form is required. We will provide a written decision and reasons within the applicable appeal deadline. For appeals covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act, that deadline is 45 days after receipt. Where an appeal is denied, we will provide the regulator contact or complaint route required by the applicable law.

You may also complain to the competent regulator, such as your state attorney general, the California Privacy Protection Agency where relevant, an EU data protection authority, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contacting us first does not waive or prevent any right to complain directly to a regulator or pursue another remedy available by law.

14. Marketing preferences

Where marketing email is offered, use its unsubscribe link or contact us to stop it. Essential order and safety messages may still be sent for their operational purpose. We maintain necessary suppression information to respect the choice.

15. Children

The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. The existence of products used by older adults does not eliminate the need to monitor the actual audience and collection practices.

16. Updates and contact

We update this notice when our practices change and identify the effective date. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before a materially different use. Posting a new notice is not retrospective permission for a use requiring consent.
