Terms of Service
Terms of Service & Business Information
Effective date: September 9, 2026. Last updated: September 9, 2026.
1. The business responsible for this store
Presteem is operated by Trade Regency LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States. Trade Regency LLC is the seller of products purchased directly through presteem.com and is responsible for customer service and fulfillment of its sales obligations.
Email: contact@presteem.com. Website: presteem.com.
Shopify provides our commerce platform. Our suppliers, fulfillment partners and carriers assist with manufacturing, preparing or delivering orders. Your sales contract is with Trade Regency LLC; referring you to a supplier does not relieve us of our responsibilities to you.
2. Scope and associated policies
These Terms cover use of our store and purchases made directly from us. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee explain the delivery and return terms that form part of your purchase. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain our information practices; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.
Please review the product description, selected quantity, total price and applicable policies before submitting an order. Keep a copy of your confirmation. If a specific offer conflicts with a general term, the specific offer disclosed before purchase governs that issue, subject to mandatory law. A new version of these Terms does not reduce rights attached to an earlier order.
3. Eligibility and authorized purchases
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you purchase for someone else, provide accurate delivery details and share relevant care information with the recipient. We do not require a medical diagnosis or medical records to purchase.
Keep account credentials secure if account access is offered. Notify us if you believe someone has placed an unauthorized order. We may take proportionate security measures to protect customers and the store, without preventing valid refund requests or legal remedies.
4. Product descriptions and use
The listing identifies the utensils, accessories and quantity included in your order. One Presteem set comprises a dinner knife, dinner fork, oval dinner spoon, round soup spoon and travel wrap, unless an individual listing expressly states otherwise. Bundle quantities refer to complete sets.
Use utensils for their intended purpose and follow the supplied care instructions. Inspect an item before use and stop using it if it is damaged or has a sharp, loose or broken part. Keep packaging away from children. Dishwasher suitability applies to the stainless-steel utensils, not automatically to the fabric wrap.
Photographs, close-ups and interactive 3D views illustrate the product. Screen appearance and rendering do not change the written specifications or excuse a materially different product. Personal experiences described in reviews are not separate promises of an identical outcome for every user. We remain responsible for accurate descriptions and representations.
5. Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices are in US dollars. The checkout displays your selected items, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total before payment. Free shipping applies to the service area stated in our Shipping Policy. Any import-charge arrangement must also be disclosed before payment; a general reference to international suppliers does not authorize undisclosed charges.
Offer eligibility and any code restrictions are stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions apply to the advertised quantity in a single order. Discounts are allocated across items for refund accounting as described in our Returns Policy. We will not convert a previously free shipping service into a retrospective shipping charge because you request an eligible return.
An obvious pricing or listing error does not authorize us to charge you a higher price. If an error affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you with the correct information and the option to cancel for a refund. Any revised purchase requires your agreement.
6. Checkout, acceptance and payment
Review your address, items and total before submitting the order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we send the order acceptance or dispatch confirmation identified by our checkout process.
Only payment methods actually available at checkout are accepted. A logo elsewhere on the site does not ensure that a method is available for every device, location or transaction. We may seek authorization or charge payment as disclosed at checkout. An authorization hold is not always a completed charge; release timing can depend on your bank.
We may refuse an order for a genuine inability to supply, an unsupported address, suspected unauthorized payment or a legal restriction. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot supply, we will refund it within the required period. We will not ask for your full card number or security code by email.
7. Changes, cancellations and delivery
Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation. We will attempt to make changes before fulfillment, but cannot promise to intercept a dispatched parcel. If interception is unavailable, applicable return rights remain available. Statutory cancellation rights arising from delayed shipment are not restricted by this operational limitation.
The Shipping Policy sets out destinations, preparation and transit periods, tracking and delivery problems. We remain your point of contact even when a third party ships your order. A shipping label alone does not demonstrate carrier acceptance or successful delivery.
8. Returns, refunds and product problems
Our Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee explains how to request a return and how discounted sets are refunded. The satisfaction guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Expiration of that voluntary window does not automatically extinguish those rights.
Contact us with your order number and a description of any problem. Proportionate photographs can help resolve a defect or packing error; we do not require a public review, withdrawal of a complaint or disclosure of medical records to obtain an eligible remedy.
9. Website access and acceptable use
You may use the store for lawful browsing, purchasing and communicating with us. Do not use stolen payment details, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or misappropriate content. Security restrictions will be applied proportionately and will not remove our obligations for an existing order.
Availability can be affected by maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore service. Website downtime does not cancel an already earned refund or allow us to keep payment for goods we cannot supply.
10. Intellectual property and customer content
Our original branding, text, images and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may retain order records and use the site for personal shopping. Commercial reproduction of protected materials requires the rights holder's permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
You retain ownership of a review you submit. If you submit a review through a feature clearly intended for publication, you permit us to display it in that context, with your chosen public attribution, and make only necessary formatting changes that do not distort its meaning. Broader advertising reuse requires an appropriate permission. Do not submit another person's private information without permission.
We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or make refunds conditional on positive feedback. We may remove unlawful content, spam or exposed personal information using consistent criteria; disagreement with an opinion alone is not a reason to suppress it.
11. Third-party services
Links to independent websites are provided for their stated purpose. Their own terms may apply when you use their separate services. We do not control those websites, but this does not disclaim our responsibility for providers acting on our behalf in fulfilling our contract with you.
12. Warranties and allocation of responsibility
The product descriptions, express promises made with your purchase and non-excludable legal rights remain binding. We do not exclude implied warranties where an exclusion is prohibited, including restrictions applicable when a written warranty is provided. No unsupported lifetime warranty or certification is created by these Terms.
To the extent applicable law permits, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse contrary to supplied instructions or unauthorized modifications, except to the extent our own breach or another legally attributable act contributes to the loss. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer and product-liability protections.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms do not impose an automatic purchase-price cap on personal-injury claims or a blanket indemnity requiring consumers to pay our legal expenses.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please contact contact@presteem.com with your order number and the resolution you request. We will investigate in good faith. You may also use lawful payment disputes, competent courts, regulators or other remedies available to you. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a waiver or mandatory exhaustion condition.
Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the rules governing your transaction, including mandatory protections that may apply where you reside. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive distant forum.
14. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and identify their effective date. Material changes affecting an existing order require an appropriate legal basis or your agreement. If one clause is invalid, the remainder applies to the extent lawful; a court is not asked to rewrite an unfair term to create a new obligation for you.
For business notices or questions, contact Trade Regency LLC at the address, phone number or email in section 1. Notices concerning a particular order should include its reference, without sensitive payment information.
Payments, Pricing & Refund Processing
Payment methods and authorization
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Purchases are payable in US dollars. Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may depend on your location, device, provider and transaction eligibility. We use the commerce platform and the payment service selected at checkout to authorize and process your payment.
By submitting an order, you authorize payment of the total displayed for that order. No recurring subscription or installment agreement is created unless separately offered and expressly accepted. A saved payment method does not authorize unrelated future charges.
Payment may be declined by a provider or held for proportionate security verification. We will not ask you to email a card security code, online banking password or one-time banking authentication code. If a payment cannot be completed, contact your payment provider or choose another available method.
Pricing, taxes and currency conversion
The checkout displays the merchandise subtotal, applied discounts, shipping and any applicable sales tax collected by us before payment. Tax treatment depends on the transaction and applicable rules. Any tax exemption requires appropriate verification where supported. We will not claim that all US purchases are tax-free or that a single state registration resolves every sales-tax obligation.
If your account uses a currency other than US dollars, your bank or provider may apply conversion rates or fees. These are not amounts we control. A USD refund may convert to a different amount in your account because the provider's rate changes.
Import duties and taxes
Orders shipped from China may be subject to import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance or carrier handling fees. As the recipient and importer, you are responsible for these charges. They are not included in the product price or free shipping and are payable to the carrier or customs authority when requested.
The amount depends on the applicable customs rules and the shipment. We do not guarantee duty-free entry. Any sales tax collected at checkout is separate from import duties and taxes. Please contact contact@presteem.com before ordering if you need clarification.
Billing identification and order records
Your order confirmation identifies Presteem and Trade Regency LLC. Keep your confirmation and contact us if a charge appears unfamiliar. We can investigate using an order reference and limited transaction information; do not send complete payment credentials.
Prices and promotions apply to the accepted order. We retain appropriate order, authorization, fulfillment and refund records for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
Refund routing
Approved refunds normally go to the original payment method. We do not substitute store credit for a money refund you are entitled to receive without your agreement. If the original method is unavailable, we work with the provider and you to arrange an appropriate lawful alternative after proportionate verification.
Refund processing by us and posting by your bank are separate steps. Our return policy states our processing commitment; financial-institution posting times can vary. If a refund has not appeared, contact us for the confirmation before providing additional sensitive information.
Payment disputes and duplicate reimbursement
You retain any right to dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider. We encourage you to contact us so we can investigate, but an email to us is not a mandatory waiver of those rights. We may provide relevant order, delivery, communication and refund records to the provider to respond to a dispute.
An open chargeback can affect whether a separate refund can be processed through the original transaction. We will follow the provider's process and communicate the status rather than promise an additional refund that the system cannot issue. We do not ask you to withdraw a valid dispute merely to begin investigating your complaint. We coordinate reimbursements to avoid paying the same amount twice.
We do not impose an automatic consumer chargeback penalty or require a positive review to receive a refund. A provider's chargeback fee charged to our business is not automatically payable by you.
Compliance scope
These provisions describe an ordinary retail sale, not a financial service, investment product or credit facility. No representation is made that the store is “PCI certified,” tax-compliant in every state, insured against all claims or immune from payment disputes merely because Shopify is used. Applicable platform, bank and legal requirements remain separate from these customer terms.
